A graduate of Sultan Qaboos University, Mahmood is responsible for the collection of baseline air and soil quality data, site survey assessment, flora/fauna study and preparation of baseline reports. Mahmood oversees all sampling/monitoring, record keeping and reporting.
He is also an expert in helping organizations ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and other environmentally oriented requirements as an interface with regulators and the community.
